I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years experience serving the mental health community and with 8 of those years as a practitioner. In this role, I help guide individuals navigating their most challenging mental health journeys, offering not just clinical expertise and individualized patient-centered care, but genuine human connection and understanding.  I partner closely with each client, crafting personalized strategies that empower them to unlock their full potential for health and lasting wellness.

My focus is providing comprehensive psychiatric care to adults aged 18 years and older, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and medication management for a diverse range of mental health conditions.  And as a mother that went through a very stressful pregnancy, I am proud to be certified in Perinatal Mental Health, enabling me to provide specialized treatment for women during pregnancy and the postpartum period.

I graduated in 2016 from the University of Nebraska Medical Center with a Master of Science in Nursing and a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health. I am board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and am licensed to provide mental health services to patients in both Nebraska and Iowa.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy refinishing furniture, crafting, and watching football—especially cheering for the Nebraska Cornhuskers with a loud "GO BIG RED!" I love spending time outdoors, visiting the zoo, and creating lasting memories with my husband and three-year-old daughter.
